LUCY Lovers, at this time of the year, we start looking at our beautiful, glowy, super-bright eyeshadow palettes, and picking out the ones we like to keep on for fall. Now, as you know, makeup doesn’t really have rules: if you want to go all out and wear neons all year round, you do you!
