In this fun and informative session, we guide young people through the basics of skin health, keeping everything simple, gentle, and suitable for their age. We focus on correcting misinformation, avoiding harmful habits, and empowering them to make smart decisions—without promoting products or encouraging early skincare routines. Our priority is reassurance, education, and helping them feel confident in a trend-driven world.

What we’ll cover:

• 🧼 The skincare routine basics – cleanse, treat, moisturise, protect!
• 🔬 How to read product labels & pick the right formulas
• 🚫 Skincare do’s & don’ts (spoiler: toothpaste is not for pimples!)
• 😎 Why SPF is your daily BFF
• ✨ For older teens: intro to ingredients like glycolic & salicylic acids – what they do, how to use them, and what NOT to mix

Think of it as skincare school… but fun 😄
