Lucy Staff Favourites - Summer Edit

Summer is in full swing and the heat requires a complete re-vamp of your beauty routine. Not sure where to start? We've asked a few of our staff members to share their favourite beauty products for summer and here's what they had to say. 

CELINE – COLOR

Hi! My name is Celine, and I'm 18 years old. I've always been interested in makeup, especially more colourful and creative makeup such as SFX. I'm always the first person that reaches for colourful palettes. My kit consists of roughly 30% natural and nude products while the rest is all colour-coded. I love experimenting, whether it's hair dye, eyeshadow, liners, or lipstick. I have to add a splash of colour to my look somehow. Otherwise, I don't feel like myself!

Celine's Faves:

• BH Cosmetics Paris Eyeshadow Palette - By far, this has become my daily palette that I reach out for. Specifically, the shade "Arc De Triomphe" is amazing as an all-over duo chrome, and the pigments glide on like butter.
• Revlon Lipstick - Black Cherry - I live for a 90s grungy look, and this lipstick is perfect for that vampy effect!
• Relove Volume Mascara - Blue - This mascara is frequently in my hands to match my hair, whether it's on my lashes or on my brows, it's incredibly pigmented and is amazing for a splash of colour now that summer is here.

GRACE – SKINCARE

Hi, I am Grace! I have been working Lucy for the last 3 years now. Makeup is something I have always loved and been passionate about, but skin care has always been a religion for me, something that I never stay without. I believe healthy-looking skin is essential for glowing skin and make up to stay longer and nicer.

So, of course, my 3 favorite products are:

• Poko Daily SPF 50 Moisturizer - I never go without it whether is sunny or cloudy
• Nip and Fab glycolic scrub fix extreme 6% - 2 times a week for removing dead skin, clear pores and improving skin tone.
• Skin Generics Anti-aging Retinol Serum - it increases skin cell production, increases collagen production, reduces appearance of fine line and wrinkles making the skin look fresh and plump.

MARYLYN – MAKEUP

Hello! My name is Marylyn. I have been working at Lucy for almost four years. I have always loved the beauty industry and working at Lucy has made me love it even more. Mostly because of the variety we have available at our outlets of different brands. You will never stop learning about new brands and products while working here.
